About me

I am a proud first-generation Latine therapist born and raised in the vibrant city of New York, where diversity has always been a cornerstone of my experience and worldview. My journey into the field of therapy began with personal experiences and a deep desire to support and uplift my community.

As the child of Ecuadorian and Colombian parents, I have a unique understanding of the cultural intricacies and challenges faced by the Latine community.
Over the past decade, I have dedicated myself wholeheartedly to providing compassionate therapy support to my fellow Latine individuals. I have worked tirelessly in local clinics in Queens, a hub of Latine culture in New York, where I have strived to create a safe and nurturing space for those who seek a therapist that truly comprehends the nuances of their experiences. It is my firm belief that effective therapy comes from a place of empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity.

My deep passion for supporting the Latine community is rooted in my personal journey, and it continues to drive me to advocate for mental health awareness within our cultural context. I firmly believe that everyone deserves a supportive and empathetic therapist who can provide guidance and healing with cultural sensitivity. I am committed to empowering individuals within my community to navigate their mental health challenges and work towards personal growth, resilience, and self-acceptance.
As a first-generation Latine therapist, my mission is to advocate for the well-being and liberation of my community. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside my clients on their path to healing, offering a safe haven where their experiences are validated and celebrated. Together, we can embark on a transformative journey towards emotional well-being and empowerment.
